Early detection of forest fires can prevent uncontrolled spread and easier mitigation events. By monitoring temperature, humidity, pressure, carbon dioxide, and particulate matter, we’ll be able to assess the severity of the fire and notify the proper authorities.

If you add wind direction, wind speed, and luminosity, a comprehensive prediction and fast detection system can be formed. All the combined information can provide predictive measures which can be implemented in select high risk areas to reduce uncontrolled fires.
